How do I apply for Membership?
- Membership can be applied upon purchasing any one of our keyboards.
What are the benefits of being a Member?
- You are entitled with a 8% discount on any of our products and will automatically be eligible for the Ducky International Giveaway which will be held in every three months.
If I don't like the keyboard that I purchased, can I get a refund?
- No, refunds are only applicable if the keyboard has any manufacturing defects. The customer is required to e-mail us directly attaching a photo of the damaged product. Refunds are only applicable TWO WEEKS after purchase.
Can non-members join the Giveaway?
- Absolutely. Non-members are required to pay a fee of RM 20.00 (ONE entry per e-mail ONLY) to join the giveaway.
Can I pay by monthly installments?
- No, Ducky requires full payment either by cash, debit or credit card.
How do non-members apply for the Giveaway?
- Visit any one of our social media platforms and send us a direct message or e-mail us stating that you would like to join the Giveaway. Our staff will attend to you and ask for the necessary information.
How much does International Shipping costs?
- There are no charges on international shipping unless the country requires payment by the customer when receiving the product.
